Domaine Coteaux des Margots

About the Winemaker

In the limestone hills of Pierreclos — just north of Beaujolais — Domaine Coteaux des Margots is a humble, hardworking family estate now led by Pierre Duroussay. The 15-hectare vineyard is farmed sustainably using lutte raisonnée (reasoned agriculture), with organic certification underway.
Everything here is done with restraint and purpose: grapes are handpicked at good acid levels, fermentation is spontaneous, and ageing happens in concrete — not oak — to preserve freshness and purity.

Why we work with them

These are Burgundies without ego: clean, direct, and honest. With no oak masking the fruit, you get real Chardonnay from real terroir — wines that are refreshing, drinkable, and hard not to love.

Wines you might see in your pack
