Freight fees

We offer standard $10 shipping with express options available.

The above options are clearly defined at checkout once a valid delivery address and postcode is entered.

Dispatching/Fulfilling

Most orders are dispatched in 1-3 days. Some orders may take longer to dispatch for the following reasons:

• We are awaiting delivery of packaging supplies.
• We are physically unable to fulfil the order quickly (ie. out of office for business purposes).

Please wait up to 5 business days for a dispatched/fulfilled confirmation email before getting in touch regarding this for the above reasons. 

Packaging

All our orders are packed in wine specific boxes with separaters for extra protection.

Age Verification (18+)

As a further verification step to ensure the recipient is over the legal drinking age in Australia, our 3rd party delivery driver may request photo identification of the recipient. Please ensure someone over the age of 18 is available to receive the delivery.
