About the Winemaker
Yohan Lardy is one of the new-generation stars of Beaujolais. Farming old vines in Fleurie, Moulin-à-Vent and Chénas, he focuses on tiny micro-cuvées made with minimal intervention and maximum care.
His vineyards are worked organically, with biodiversity so rich that chemical sprays aren’t needed. In the cellar, fermentations are natural, and sulphur is kept to a bare minimum. The result? Vibrant, structured Gamay with a sense of depth and joy.
