Emmanuel Fellot

About the Winemaker

Emmanuel Fellot is an independent Beaujolais winemaker crafting expressive, organically farmed Gamay from the village of Chénas — one of the smallest and most characterful crus in the region. His vineyards are tucked into the granitic hillsides of northern Beaujolais, where old vines, gentle handling, and a low-intervention approach create wines that are both vibrant and grounded.
With organic certification in place and a style that leans toward purity and drinkability, Emmanuel is part of the next generation of producers redefining what Beaujolais can be.

Why we work with them

We were drawn to Emmanuel’s wines for their honesty — full of energy and fruit, but with structure and savoury depth that speaks of great vineyard work. These are not supermarket Beaujolais. They’re serious, small-batch wines made by someone who farms with respect and makes with restraint.
