We started Vintrepid with a small shipment of Yohan's wines. He is now comfortably in the very top echelon of Beaujolais producers. The "Vignes de 1903" cuvee is year on year one of the great expressions of modern Cru Beaujolais. Just 2000 made and we get 144.

The Chenas is also a must try. This is one of the most underrated of the 9 cru's and i dont think there is a better one than this. The 2023 was incredibly popular with our trade customers and the 2024 is just as good.

Price of $435 includes a 5% discount vs purchasing individually. Club Vintrepid members then receive a 20% discount on top of this.

Vintrepid’s first producer and one dear to our hearts. I worked with Yohan for several years in London and couldn’t believe he was not represented in Australia - and vintrepid was hence born. Yohan bottles micro-cuvees from tiny plots of very old vines in Moulin-a-vent, Fleurie and Chenas. He now comfortably sits amongst the finest producers in the region. We cannot get enough of his wines.
