When we started Vintrepid, our goal wasn’t just to sell wine — it was to bridge the gap between the way restaurants buy wine and the way most people at home do.
In our other life, we import wines for sommeliers and restaurant lists across Australia — small-batch bottles from family domaines we know personally. Our friends wanted to buy wine and we started to think about who else might enjoy them. We wanted to share those same wines, without the mark-ups or middlemen, with people who care about what’s in their glass.
That’s why we built the wine club.
Each Discovery Pack is a quarterly selection of importer-direct French wines chosen for flavour, honesty, and story — the same bottles we bring in for chefs and sommeliers. It’s our way of slowing down, curating with intent, and staying true to why we started: to connect people to real wine, made by real families, from places that still mean something.
